NEW YOGA MINI WORKSHOPS NEXT MONTH

We will be holding a series of mini workshops for the winter season!
On Tuesday 24th June and Thursday 26th June stay after class to learn about foods the keep us warm in winter and compliment our yoga practice.

Tuesday 24th June at 7pm and Thursday 26th June at 7.30pm
Learn how to make Gamashio—the super condiment!
Zingy Carrot and Tofu Soup
and Flat Breads.
Cost $20 including the class

Learn how to combat the winter salt cravings and learn which foods are best for the chilly season. A great way to wind down after class and learn something new!
If you have friends that wish to attend just the workshop they are most welcome!

Workshops run for approximately one hour.
Participants will receive an information booklet and dinner!
