The Beginning of September is the best time to detoxify the body ready for spring and summer. We are offering a week of intensive yoga and detoxifying food to help you make the most of this cleansing time of year.

Saturday Yoga

Hi Everyone,

Spring is just around the corner! Don't forget to book for our Spring Detox Intensive week! It will make you feel brand new in body and mind!!

Saturday yoga is back to normal! Our saturday classes are especially for the busy people who can't make it during the week.

Our two classes on Saturday are 7.30am and 4pm.

They will help you shake off the stress of the week and set you up for a truly relaxing sunday!!

Spring Detox Intensive Coming Up Soon!!!

In this cold weather it is heartening to think that Spring is just around the corner!
This year we have a special yoga intensive for our Yoga practitioners.


The season of spring is a time for rebirthing and new directions. The immune system and flexibility of the body are governed by the liver. Using any substances as a stimulant eg coffee, alcohol, sugar; depletes the liver energy.

Detoxifying alleviate chronic liver disorder. The liver is the largest storehouse of the body and has to continually update itself.

We have to be flexible, especially in spring or else the weather changes and you’ll go nuts, get sick etc. eat lighter food now, leafy greens, sprouts and grains...avoid animal products.
Joints being able to turn reflects our psyche; our body becomes a reflection of our mind. So a lack of flexibility in our joints reflects a lack of flexibility in our minds. It limits you!
What we want is lots of possibilities. When we’re kids we think we’ll do lots of different things and have lots of adventures...then we start to close down, limit ourselves, become tighter, smaller in our possibilities. DON’T lose that childlike flexibility and adaptability!!! Fight to get it back!!!

This special intensive will help you take off the extra weight you’re carrying from winter in preparation to blossom in Spring.
